I always wanted multiple suns, and differing sun sizes. Ditto with different moons, moon sizes, and patterns.
I'd also like to see real world coordinates and the positions of sun, moon, etc, visible in the assembly room. Interface could use some help as well, ditto with clouds, real 3d clouds, etc.

Roots for trees, nice gnarly roots... and gnarly trees as well...

shading other than silver in the vertex room, UV painting program or accessory.

Timeline fixes, magnification problems in both directions, added tweener (still), formula improvements.

Inertial frame for a camera. Camera can track, point at, but then can also (freely) be twisted in the plane without a problem. Graceful unlocking of "point at" behavior. No reversion to initial state when unlocked.
"set to initial conditions" for a keyframe... Also deletes keyframes from current point to beginning. Ditto for "set to end" conditions.
