It is enough to sort messages by name, in order to see the posts "in
organized manner" with the Yahoo lists. Most email programs allow that.
And the lists have their advantages too. It's generally faster to get a
reply if you're in a hurry. But mostly, it's much easier to save the
messages you want and keep archived only those that you are interested
in. After 2-3 years, and archive kept like this is always manageable.
Try managing the archives of a busy forum and search for messages 2-3
years old. It's a nightmare.
So everything has it's pro and cons - if someone wants to see them, that is.
