Hi Glen,

Thanks for the reply.  As I said, Ive got 3 images to post, 2 are
small clips of the the main image.  I've managed to get the main
image down to below the 150k "full resolution" limit.  But my
100x100 comes out at 29k and the 200x200 about 39k.  It seems to
have a limit of compression.  Perhaps the original artwork (1080x748
at 250pixels/in is too much to crunch.

I've looked at Photoshop CS and it's resample drop down is built in
but it doesn't seem to do anything to the file size.  The only way I
can reduce the that is to manually ajust the resolution but then the
image becomes so small it looks awful.

If you send me your full e-mail address I can then post the two
small immages to you and let you have a look at them.  It would be
much appreciated.
