need help with muscle groups 2004-02-15 - By adamflood777

I'm having some trouble rigging my characters the bones are aninating
well but places in the joints like they deltoids that are supposed to
move more subtly are cutting too sharp and making the overall design
look artificial. If anyone can help pls reply
