I personally would like to see better animation abilities, improved
particles that interact with other objects in the scene(i.e. water
being poured over a sphere, etc.), better physics capabilities, more
camera settings(i.e., animorphic widescreen, 35mm, custom lens
settings, etc.) and the ability to customize things like f-stop
setting, etc.; DOF, lens flare and anything associated with camera
effects should be associated with the camera and it's settings.

That's all I can think of at the moment.
