Runs really nicely on my G5;
First, trash your preferences. Next, check to see that your texture folders
actually have something in them.
Last, make sure multi-threading is enabled.

Hi
I�m running Carrara on Mac & Panther. How am I able save preferences?
Everytime I open Carrara, it looks just a mess. All colors are black,
windows open here and there etc.
And does anybody have any idea why rendering is about 4 times slower
with G5 than PC 3 MHz. G5 is supposed to be the fastest computer on
market.
Is it just so that Carrara is not optimised well enough for Mac...
