For me, this was a Carrara 2 problem... I haven't seen it in CS3.

Yes, I've put it all the way down to .5 pixels. Increasing the accuracy
to 4 pixels makes
part of the model disappear!
I think I'll just change the texture. I have a feeling this is a
Carrara 2 problem, and not a
problem with my settings. Hopefully soon I can get Carrara 3.
