Well, sorry I know it is a very bad graph - no time to spend on this
trivial thing - but since it is aboyut flat on the long run it doesn't
really matter.
The legend would be :
left 1999-09 right 2004-01. One bar for one month.
The third highest peak is C2 release.
For C3 release, there is not a single peak but rather a group of three
minor peak.
