With Carrara, fr the moment, you can't export the Carrara camera data to AE
(as other sftwr. can do !)
If your animation is quite simple, it's OK (i/e still video image composite
with a moving CG element) but if you have to mix a real & complex video
travelling with a CG travelling, good morning headache !!
Time ago I've tried with succes to do that with Poser & AE & the result was
OK because the camera x y z settings are (by chance!) the sames, but with
Carrara unfortunately it's not.
