These are great suggestions! In fact, after I sent out the email on  
Friday and had the evening to think about it, and Saturday while I was  
snowboarding, your two great ideas came to mind. I just hadn't had a  
chance to use them yet. I guess I was hoping that Eovia would have  
worked into the program a simple lock feature or something like that,  
but these work-arounds don't seem to bad at all... especially the copy  
and paste.

Again, thanks for the excellent responses and help. I'm always grateful  
that I can turn to all of you guys/gals for these kinds of questions  
and help! Thanks again!
