Back It should have a swf extension. In FLASH 5 - MX2004 you can add a keyframe in your movie and with that keyframe selected choose "import" from the file menu. Choose import to stage in FLASH MX 2004 and it will appear on the stage. You can also create a new movie clip and insert it in the first frame of that too...
