Me, yep. However I will try to explain it in a porr English.
I happens that tweaners are so that they are not bounded by the keyframe that were used when creating them. They have some kind of inherent "elasticity" : if you move the keyframes or modify the keyframes sequence, tweaners effects will overrun on adjacent keyframes. I junderstand that it is not very clear. Think about the way beziers curves are working in Illustrator. When you move and pull an handle too much, the path can overlap the bounding points of the segments. It is something anolog. Well, all this is not very scientific as a description, but it is the way it works.
I have lost many hours of work before understanding that (actually someboy on this list enlightened me on that matter), as I suppose many Carrara user have.
I suggested recently that C4 includes a solution to that problem like a "tweeaner stopper" or something similar.
