Anytime claudia. What I'd suggest is if you have a
full length mirror in your house, watch yourself walk.
Or better yet, make a relative or friend walk for you
and record them.

Also keep in mind with animation, sometimes imitating
true to life movements isn't the best thing. When
people watch something they know isn't real (3d, 2d
cartoons) they tend to look for movements that are
exaggerated. Not necessarily accurate looking. From
what I've seen so far you are doing rather well. Yeah
the IK is a bit difficult to work with, some of my
first tests involve turning it off, when using it, use
it in small movements.

When using bones, make sure your joints are in the
right places thats likely why you are getting
stretching.
