Andrew,
I'm guessing that the penetration figures largely depend on AOL
subscription, as VET is included in the latest AOL browser, last I
heard.
The VET license for developers covers all the technology, I think,
with no 3D-only rate for those who don't need the rest of the stuff.
I'm looking into Atmosphere, which uses the Viewpoint 3D format for
models.
