if you wish to convert most formats, try Deep Exploration from
www.righthemisphere.com
it does most. I know you do have to interface with Max via plugin to
view/convert, but it does a great job of just about any other format
(*including Truespace cob/scn files) I am by no means pluggin a piece of
software, but if you dont have a conversion natively in a software
package, give it a try.
