Back Hi,
Here is the link to the file that I created with three Lights tracking sphere objects using the PE.

I used directional force (downward) as the physics force with a slight Initial velocity of -3.00 in./s. on the X axis on all three spheres for slight movement.
Is this sort of what you were trying to achieve or was it another type of effect?
