Yes you can find it easyly :

Version 3 has been out for a year or son so expect version 4.0 soon, I guess.
It is still unsurpassed in term of creativity in vector drawing.
The big drawback is that it is a dead end in term of vector file format. The
pdf export is not polished enough in my point of view. In many case it fails.
