Version 1 of a small animation I am working on:

What I need to improve:
1) Overall motion of the UFO.
2) Light interaction on the trees before the UFO comes around the bend.
Thinking of using a projector light to slightly fake volumetric light
streaming through the branches from behind the tree.
3) Specular reflections on the UFO.
4) The texture on the fence posts.
5) More ground cover (mostly rocks).
6) Need to make sure the volumetric lights does not get clipped by the tree
planes (there is a slight blink on/off of the light on the ground just
before the ship appears).
I have already worked on 3,4, and 5 and started working on 1 and 6. Still
looking for a good targa file of criss-crossing tree branches to act as a
scrim for the projector light.
Any other comments?
