Happy New Year everyone, I hope it is a safe and joyous time for all!

Would someone please direct me to a location where I can download some
shaders? In particular, I am looking for one suitable for a Wizard or Sorcerer.
..(sp?) Anyway,... I want to find something blue with yellow or white moons and
stars, nothing fancy, just the stereotypical wizard type pattern.

I have had Carrara now for less than a year and as I promised, I have made
my Wizard!!! Granted, I'm still a noob and the wizard needs some help but I
have diligently read every post, followed as many tutorials as I could (mostly
dismal failures) made vases and shapes and scenes and some horrible pink blobs
and things that resemble absolutely nothing recognizable to any sane person and
I have learned with your gentle aid and guidance. Multitudes of slowly
unravelling conceptual realizations (mostly of the "Doh" syndrome variety) come
to mind which most of you probably don't give a second thought to, like how to
pan a camera or light or how to resize a piece of a scene Just so without
making it dissapear into apparent oblivion. lol (I could still be looking for
some of them) these seemingly minor tasks had me spiraling through hours of
hapless bunglitizations where I felt that if just one tiny little thing had
gone wrong, I would surely have to begin again from the very start.

There are so many little nuances using this software that it is easy to
overlook the splendid craftsmanship that went in to making it and to making 3d
graphical art acomplishable to someone as far from "artist" as I myself and for
the bitter sweet enjoyment of a simple creation.

I thank you all and wish you well in 04'

Affectionately

Steven Whitcomb

P.S. If anyone has a shader that might do the trick, I would be most gratefull.

Any may send directly to me: steve@(protected)

Thank you all again, when I get him textured, polished and properly rendered, I
'll post him for all to see. :)
