Oh, second note, my work is aimed at other women, not men. I am a
woman, not a man. Though men look at it, its not made for them.

Think Olivia DeBernardinis rather than Hustler.

She has influenced me far more than any other artist, really. Also am
a big fan of Hayime Sorayama and Serpieri. All traditional artists,
popular, well known for their talent.

now I hope we can stop the bashing of genres you dont like and get
down to the business of getting on with Carrara.

I think Carrara is an amazing application, capable of incredible
things. No matter the genres we work in, we are all capable of using
this program to pull out some pretty amazing artwork, artwork that
wouldn't have been possible unless we had far more expensive
applications *very recently*. I wouldn't be able to do the
reflective/refractive materials with caustics in Poser, *ever* ...
Carrara makes that all possible. Water... forget it in Poser, even in
Poser 5... but Carrara handles water materials perfectly. I find one
of my biggest loves is making Carrara shaders in that area.

Let's concentrate on the technical details of what we do with Carrara
instead of the concentration on the genre... which is pretty much
immaterial, really.
