I need a fast help please!!!!!

Hi every body,
Is there any one of you can help doing some animations on Alladin's carpet..
.there is an atachment for the required animation and there is another one  for
the file you can work on to do these animation. Help me please because i tried
my best to them, but I couldn't...Please help me as fast as possible...
