computer question 2003-12-27 - By Andrew Turner
Back Eh...
How about a G5 dual 2-gig?
Mmmm... all that video editing stuff build in, Panther...
Well, I might not be totally objective since I just ordered one ;)
OH, and a 20" cinema display.

I might be answering this a little late, but this is what I would put together as my dream machine right now:
3.0 gigaherz intel pentium4 cpu (or dual 3.0 if you can afford that) asus motherboard (pick one with a top lan, sound card, bunch of usb2 ports and firewire ports like P4C800-E Deluxe) 2 gig of ddr ram (4 gig if you can afford it) 2 160 gig hard drives (320 gigs if you can afford it) nvidia GeForce FX-5900 (most power and most stable drivers)
