Carrara export to RLA (for After Effects)

Hi I'm using
CS 3.0.3, (the version of amapi that comes with it, 5 maybe?), and After
Effects 6 for
MAC OSX. I'm trying to get a 3D object from either amapi or carrara into AE. AE
says it
will import RLA, RPF, softimage PIC or EI files.

Any ideas?
