This is really good one! One of the best poser renderings i've seen.
Couple of friendly suggestions to make it perfect.
-Shoulders show polygons. Smooth this area a bit in vertex modeler.
Or the whole body unless the vertex count gets too heavy.
-Eyebrows seem a bit too flat. Maybe it's just this image, but
perhaps you could bring them little off from the face.
