Here's my take on it:
There are too many 3d applications and the market is oversaturated;
This is true especially at the high end 3d application market.
Eventually, one of the big guys will fold- maybe Softimage, who knows.
I think Carrara will survive and prosper simply because there is not
so much competition at the low end.
Maybe Eovia should target teenagers with Carrara Basics- Get them
while they are young....Just a thought.
