Talk to the supplier who will be printing this for you, if you are not doing it yourself. Because of the technology now available, you might not need to prep the file at a huge size. I did a job about 3 years ago where the final output was 10' X 10' for a trade show. The supplier had me prep the file at 72 ppi! He took that file and used something like Genuine Fractals and turned out an incredibly crisp piece of art. I was amazed.
