I think you just explained why I like working with gemstones so much. To see a pattern emerge purely from refraction and reflection is very satisfying for me. The moment I finally saw the royal cross emerge in the center of my Hope diamond model gave my heart a leap for joy!
I guess its kinda why some people enjoy fractals, no?
if I ever get off my butt I'd like to get a few more of those gem models incorporated into jewelry so the Poser models can wear them. ;) It may not be art to some of you but if I enjoy it, thats all that matters to me.
