I couldn't find it there.
However, as mentioned in another post... it can be found in C3's Scene
Wizard under the "Global Illumination" presets.
In that C3 Scene Wizard scene the glass shader values are:
Color: 0%
Hightlight: 66%
Shininess: 18%
Bump: None
Reflection: 10%
Transparency: 86%
Refraction: Index of Refraction -> Common Glass -> 1.0
Glow: Black
