At the very least you are going to have to adjust the Highlight and
Shiny channels to remove the majority of the plastic look...  then you
will likely want to adjust the Bump channel, and prolly the reflection
channel...

These do not import from Poser, actually all that makes it is the Color
channel.

In fact, the color channel will also have problems if there is any
transparency in the object. The color channel will be the opposite it
needs to be for proper transparency.
