Doug,

I only modelled what I can  see from this view so no interior was modelled.
I do architectural renderings  as a freelancer so I model quite a few houses
in a year . It takes probably 5 hours to model a house like this , it is not
super accurate modelling .  I generally trace the elevations in Corel draw
then export as an  *.ai file  and open in carrara's spline modeler . The
textures were all black and white texture maps that were hand created in
corel . The toon render was very fast , maybe  5 minutes as it wasn't a very
big image. The reflection in the windows were done in post as this would be
the quickest way to do it.
