Back A Keyframe is a place where Carrara recognizes you want a specific value on the timeline. On teh timeline it is signfied by a black triangle pointing upward. Under Master Shaders you will see Shader 3 has such a triangle (keyframe). Simply right click on it, then click delete. That should remove the little bugger.
