Back I think people will need more information in order to help you out quickly. Can you post a screen capture of what you are trying to do? You can upload files here to the files section if they are not too big. If the object is not to big posting that would be even better (along with the screen cap explaining it.)
Shouldn't take to long to get it going for you.
Is it a problem of getting it to go on the right surface of the object or getting it to show up at all? The eps file needs to be in a bitmap format that C3 can read in order to be used in the texture room. An older version of PSD will work or tif, tga, bmp, jpg etc..
