I've got to go with primal particles FX.  A great post-process particle
system.  The other plug-in I've used the most is UV Cow.  I always
thought it odd that neither of these were mentioned in 3D world when
talking about plug-ins for truespace.  (two issues ago they showed what
they thought were the best plug-ins for different packages.)
