Eric - if you want to use Viewpoint on a webpage you need a Broadcast Key, but not if you're using Viewpoint Objects in Atmosphere (like you said, a completely separate program licensing Viewpoint technology). Viewpoint is the route for bringing .obj or ASE files into Atmosphere. .obj and ASE files can be converted to Viewpoint Objects in Scenebuilder, a free tool available on the Viewpoint site http://developer.viewpoint.com/
In the new version of Atmo, lighting works on Viewpoint objects - it didn't up to now, which was a pain in the you-know. Also now, Viewpoint objects can be converted to Atmosphere mesh, which speeds up the framerate greatly.
