The problem on Efnet is that every once and a while, there is someone
who decides to (when opped) boot everybody and be completely rude
about the entire thing.
So on the Carrara channel, as it is usually run, only those who are
known to be "well behaved" <grin> (and some who are not), are opped
until people know that you will be "well behaved".
Since Efnet only ops the first person on the list, there's a problem
when that person is away from the keyboard....
not a bit one.. but a bit of a kink in the operations.....

Tell you what, given the time shift, I'm usually on 8 PM ish to 9 PM
ish CST, (or cdt when it happens). which is about 7 hours difference,
I'm afraid. I'll also stay on until 12 midnight or so, or at least, I
have. If you either post to the list, or send me an email directly,
I'll try to work out a time to be on...
Not that it may be worth it, but at least... *somebody* will be on....
