I felt the same way since I am a beta-tester for Anark 2.5 OSX. I would like
to say that I don't think this means that it won't happen or be possible.
Anark is the one who develops plug-in exporters for the 3d software and I
have done my job to make them very aware of Carrara and Amapi in hopes that
they will develop a plug-in/exporter. Anark has already made improvements in
2.5 to get 3ds files that are exported from C3 into Anark.. Eovia has also
been involved with my discussions with them.. It's all very promising...
