The problems you are facing are at least the following

Glass material is 0% transparent and 100% glow. Only light you
propably have in the scene is outside the cathedral and your camera
is closed within the building. No light enters the building, so
you'll have a completely black image.

To remedy this, select glass material from properties tray/ shaders
tab and double click it to enter texture room. Change glow to 100%
change color to very dark grey (almost black), change transparency
to 92%, shininess to 80%, highlight to 65%, reflection to 15% and
refraction to 30%.

Go to render tab and tick light through transparency, indirect
lighting and skylight. Change interpolation precision to about 40%.

To render that scene with hdri image based lighting, you need also
to insert hdr map to background in assembly room. Press ctrl+shift+t
to go to scene properties. Select background/ hdri and enter your
hdr map there.

hit ctrl+r to render.

Add volumetric fog and increase the skylight intensity as necessary.
