The problem is caused by a bug in Carrara. HDRI does not light through
transparent objects properly so the interior of the catherdral is not getting
any light.

You should delete the windows or hide them to make an interior lighting render
at the moment.

 Also try removing the glass, not sure, but HDRI light may not be able to
 thru ANY object (even sometimes, if you simply turn the object off) try
 removing the glass (maybe from just one window and see if any light gets
 in...

 Also, Try rendering a shot from outside the church and see if it gets
 lit properly.
