Stains problem in HDRI 2003-11-17 - By Dexter Ward

When I render with HDRI I get some stains, spots, I don't know how exactely
call them, maybe artifacts. Can anyone explain what are they and how can I
avoid them? I render with best light quality, best antialiasing, I tried every
setting in the render tray, but the stains are still there. I uploaded a file
in the
files sections to show you what they are, the file is called "artifacts.jpg".
You
can clearly see the spots on the key. The shader is a preset aluminium. It
seems a shadows problem but I'm not sure and I don't know what to do. Thank
