call up a custom toolbar 2005-07-06 - By Arvid Bj?
Back By the looks of it, it creates a generic "view" (or object), and loads your toolbar into it, then assigns (returns) the handle to 'oShelf'. Perhaps you could look up the syntax of CreateView to see what parameters it accepts?
