Subject: convert .dwg 2005-06-30 - By Martin Belleau
Back We always use MAX to convert... but because the dotXSI exporter doesn't export curves (or if it does, I have no idea how), it keeps transforming the curves as solid mesh (like an extrude circle on curve), its useless to us in XSI... so we end up taking a snapshot of the CAD drawing in MAX, and recreating the lines in XSI...
If anyone has a better solution, I'd really love to know.

Thanks Guys, That might be the way to go, though we have a copy of Max7, so we're trying that route. I'm never too happy taking stuff through Max. What comes out is usually screwed up in some way.
