Arno, first, thanks for replying! It has been very dificult to get
answers to this question.
Can you tell me wich tutorials in "highend" (I looked them but couldn't
find what I'm looking for) and "learning-maya.com" should I get to
follow?

YOu might want to follow a couple of tutorials.
There are great tutorials on highend and also at learning-maya.com
Also if you follow the Maya Foundation tutorials they show how to model
a seal (close to a fish heh!)
