You have a browser HiJack.
My recommendations are a run a good AntiVirus Program, Norton, McAfee, etc.
Try AdAware6 (Free) You need to search I don't have the url handy. It is a
free download and will get the browser hijack off your machine.
ALSO
Get CWShredder (http://www.merijn.org/files/cwshredder.zip) this will clean
out any and all of the variations of the "CoolWebSearch" crap that is
infesting the net and in time it will get bad enough to take 100% of your
cpu time making it damn near impossible to do anything with you machine.
