Back Yes. Can't retarget the character. To far off into production to go back. I've fixed the problem, I just went ahead and did it manually. Was just asking for future reference for a faster solution. When I have spare time, probably gonna try and figure out a script to do something decent.

I did that, it's the rotation of the feet that's creating penetrations to the ground. Currently I'm manually fixing it, it'd be much faster to automate the process.
Kim,
Reposition in the Animation Mixer wouldn't work. Setting the offsets will just offset the animation but not the actual rotations of the feet penetration.
