Bridge opp PPG not working 2005-06-21 - By Grahame Fuller
Back Bridge has no parameters so it doesn't open a property editor. It's always been like that.

Ok, I've reinstalled XSI, deleted userfolders, even renamed the old one and created a new one. Still the problem is there. This is no weird thing fixed by a QFE is it, before I jump out of a window??

have you tried temporarily renaming your user directory?

Hi all,
It's getting weirder, now it's not working in 3.51 either :\
So i do get a PPG for all other operations and commands, just not for the bridge tool...... Is there any software out there that can influence XSI in some way, I did update sorenson squeeze on this machine....... Or do I just reinstall the lot??
cheers,

[kim aldis] if it's happening in both it could be a user prefs thing. Try renaming them, see if that helps.

Hi all,
Anyone having problems with certain commands and PPG's?? Last week I installed a fresh copy of 4.2 Adv. besides a excisiting 4.2 Foundation.
For some reason the bridge tool doesn't open a PPG in Advanced, or better said a blanc one. Selecting the opp in the explorer and doubleclicking it will result in a unstable XSI. Weird thing is that this (now) happens in Foundation as well?? I cannot remember having this in the past.
I have someone going through the tutorial material and it is difficult enough already explaining some of XSI's different approaches to 3D :D
Any1??
