Grounding the Foot 2005-06-20 - By Anthony Rossano
Back I have in the past put an expression with a conditional on the global Y of the foot, so that it won't go further than the ground plane. (or a placeholder, or an animated parameter in a custom pset.) This works because the animation is on the local y (I hope...) if that sounds like something to try, lemme know and I'll show you how. I have some mocap data, and I need to set the feet to plant on the ground when the foot is contacting it. With mocap data/fk, the penetration problem is there but how can I fix this?
