PCI Express graphics card issue? 2005-06-20 - By Brad Friedman
Back That happend in a few cases in the past.
I think machines that had language packs installed for languages that go right to left (hebrew machines amongst others).
PCs with the tabletPC version of XP installed also demonstrated the problem.
A hotfix/update fixed the problem on most machines at a later time (so an up to date XP machine wont deomonstrate this behavior). However, I'm not sure if that solution was released for 2K. It might have been an XP only thing.
