Fillets Anyone?

Fillets Anyone?

I seem to be having trouble with the Fillet command. I basically have a
square 2 in x 4 in x .4 in tall with the top scaled down. I have drawn a
line across the top face and brought one edge on the 2 in side down .1 in.
Everything is proportional along the 4 in sides. When I try to fillet the 4
in sides, the left side allows a fillet of .042 or greater. The right side
only allows a fillet of .140 or greater. Also, on the vertical corners, it
seems like a fillet cannot be very small on an angled corner. This may not
be a big problem as I might change the scale of the object. But it troubles
me on why two identical lines do not apply the fillet equally. I know I can
just fillet one side, split and then mirror the object. But this should
work.

Anyone else come across this type of problem?

Thanks,
John
