XSI vs Blender?

Hi Hans.

We are using our animation systems for research in the area
of human communication, so we have no interest in making money
from the tools per se. Releasing them as open source enables
other researchers to easily use and evaluate them, which is nice.

Who knows, maybe someone in the list would find such tools interesting also...
:-)
