I don't have any experience with this sort of thing, but might you try cloth?
I think it may be a bit tough to get that kind of subtle motion with soft/rigid
bodies...

 Hi all
 Ive got to do 5-10 sheets of paper quickly flying out of a cabinet drawer.
 They then slow down and fall/flutter down to the ground.(like paper)

 Now I suck at animating these by hand, so I thought maybe path constraints,
with timed movements along the curve.  However didn't turn out amazing.

 Can XSI rigid/soft bodies do this at all?
 Anyone got any tips?
